RECORDING YOUR OWN MESSAGE
Choose Your Sound Unit Recording Method
All of our Messengers ™ contain a 10 Second Re-Recordable Sound Unit.
If you are delivering your gift in person, you can record your
message directly on the Sound Unit.

If you are sending your gift to someone, please purchase a
phone recording. Read below for, How to Record.
Recording By Phone
If you decide to record your message by phone, please
purchase a Custom Recording - phone when you order your gift messenger.
We will send you the 800 Phone Number to call and your Gift ID
Number along with your Order Confirmation e-mail. You will need the
Gift ID Number when you call to record your message. Detailed
instructions will be given to you when you connect with our 800 Number.
PLEASE NOTE:
We will not ship your order until we receive your recorded
message. For next day shipments via UPS, you must complete your
recording by 1:00 p.m. EST. For USPS Express, you must complete your
recording by 10:00 a.m. EST.
Adding or Changing Your Voice Recording
RECORDING INSTRUCTIONS
The Re-Recordable Sound Unit is placed inside a pocket in your
Connection Channel Messenger™. It is easily removeable so you can record
a new message.
To record Your message follow the
simple instructions below:
Turn the white cover counterclockwise to expose the RECORD push
button.
Press the RECORD button and hold down while you record your
10-second voice message.
You will see a red light appear while you are pressing the RECORD
button.
Press the PLAY button (in the center) to hear your message.
Repeat your recording process until you are satisfied with the
message.
Turn the white cover clockwise to cover the RECORD button.
Place your sound unit in to your Connection Channel Messenger.
