We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and we also accept payment through PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or eCheck. Sorry, NO COD orders. Our secure

Postal Mail: For certified check
and money order payments via postal mail, we can only hold
orders for 7 business days. Please do not send your certified
check or money order until you know the grand total, which
includes 9.00% Tax (ALABAMA ONLY) and shipping charges!

When paying by credit card, we will immediately charge your
credit card and prepare it for shipment. In the event a gift is
not in stock, we will notify you by email before processing your
credit card and shipping the other items.
We are required to charge 9.00% sales tax on all orders shipped
to addresses in Alabama, US. No tax will be charged on orders
shipped outside of the state of Alabama, US.
There will be a $35 charge for any returned checks. Checks that
have been sent to collection will be charged $50 plus attorney's
fees in addition to the amount of check.
ORDER METHODS WE ACCEPT:
We have 3 ways for you to order. 1) You may order directly on
our secure website, 2) You can e-mail us with your order,
although this is not a secure way to process your transaction.
You can e-mail your order; however, please DO NOT include your
credit card number etc. We will contact you via phone for
payment information, 3) You can click here to print one of our
order forms and mail the order to us.
**We will confirm receipt of your order and advise you of the
shipping and delivery dates via e-mail or phone within 48 hours.
SHIPPING METHODS:
**** Please be aware that when we actually process your final
order, shipping charges may fluctuate due to conditions beyond
our control. In the event of the shipping charge resulting in a
higher cost, this amount will be charged in addition to the
previous charge added to your order. In the event of the
shipping charge resulting in a lower cost, this amount will be
credited to your order.
We typically ship all gifts within 2-5 business days. Some
gifts will ship within 1 -2 business days. Items that are
ordered on Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Website), or a holiday:
please add 2 business days to our normal shipping time .
Wine Shipments
Due to local ordinances, gift
baskets containing wine may only be shipped to the
following states: CA, CO, IA, ID, IL, MN, MO, NE, NM,
OR, WA, WI, and WV. Adult signatures are required on all
wine shipments.
CHOCOLATE:
We reserve the right to replace chocolates and/or other products
due to the summer months or inventory shortages.
Gift Baskets containing chocolate will be shipped on Monday,
Tuesday & Wednesday, depending on your location, to avoid
chocolate from sitting on a truck over the weekend. Please plan
accordingly. For all items our common shipping method is UPS
Ground (4-6 Business Days).
Some gifts may have all shipping methods available: UPS Ground
Service, UPS 3-Day Service, and UPS 2-Day. If
these are available for a gift, the choices will
automatically show on the order form. There are additional
charges for faster shipping methods.
If you mix special order (Gift Baskets) and in stock gifts,
shipping charges will be divided per shipment (i.e.: there will
be two shipments: 1 for in stock items and 1 for pre-order items
= 2 separate shipping charges). There will NOT be an additional
charge for two shipments; however, the charges will be separated
for each.
UPS automatically insures against loss and damages and you can
track your purchase online once it has been shipped to you at
the UPS website located at: www.ups.com . We will provide your
UPS tracking number as soon as we receive it.
Alaska and Hawaii will receive their gifts by air-mail and will
incur an additional shipping charge. Please contact us prior to
ordering for the charges.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Canada residents add $15.00 per order.
Some gifts may incur Duties and/or VAT to International
Countries. All duties and taxes for International Orders are the
responsibility of the customer. Please check to see if you will
have to pay a fee. We have no way of knowing this. If any
additional fee is due, it must be paid by you, Katlyns Korner Gifts is NOT responsible for these fees.
Canadian customers can pay by credit card.
IN STOCK ITEMS:
We reserve the right to replace gifts based upon product
availability.
To calculate when you will receive an item, you need to consider
the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the
shipping option you select. Since we ship in stock products
within 2 - 5 business days, your shipping time would be 2 - 5
Business Days + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time. Some
products will ship within 1 -2 business days.
Shipping costs will be calculated for you in the website order
form or you can e-mail us for shipping costs before you actually
finalize your order. If you wish, you can go back on our website
order form and change shipping methods to see the difference in
price before submitting your order.
All of our gifts are fully insured and have tracking
information through UPS.

REFUND POLICY:
We demand excellence from our company; therefore, we want all of
our customers to be 100% satisfied with our service and
gifts. Most of our items carry a
Lifetime money back
guarantee, if your gift is not satisfactory. Limitations of our
guarantee are below:
Crystal: Returns will only be granted if the merchandise
has a manufacturer's defect. No returns will be granted
because the item color does not match the color on the
monitor or because an item differs by 3 mm. or less in
either dimension.
All crystal returns must be approved by us before you can
return the item(s). A claim must be filed via e-mail
within 10 days of receipt of the item, and you will
receive a reply within a day otherwise the claim can be
considered as not received. If you need to return an
item, contact us and include the reason that you wish to
return the item(s), your phone number, the order number,
the item, and a valid e-mail address. Returns must be
packaged in the original packaging and be in resellable
condition. The customer is responsible for shipping
costs unless we are at fault. If the item was damaged
during shipment to you, then file a claim with the
shipper. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee
after an order has been processed.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the
order.
Rose Candles and Rose Soaps:
Delivery of the Goods shall be UPS Ground.
The lead time for each order in stock is approximately
10 days, but could be longer. Please be patient as each
order is made to order. It takes time to
handcraft the highly detailed pieces.
In the event you experience a shortage to merchandise
packaged inside cartons, your claim must provide us
written notice within five (5) days of receipt of
shipment. Defective merchandise must be returned within
(14) days of the date of the authorization form and is
subject to inspection. A return authorization # must be
issued before returns are accepted. Your account will be
credited after the products are received and inspected.
All your orders are packed carefully and we make every
effort to ensure your shipment leaves our warehouse in
perfect condition. We NEVER ship any product that is
defective! Failure to provide adequate notice and follow
these procedures constitutes an irrevocable waiver of
your right to return and refund.
No merchandise may be returned to us without our prior
written authorization. Merchandise that is authorized by
us to be returned must be returned within forteen (14)
days of the date of the authorization form, or the
merchandise will be refused and you will be responsible
for all costs incurred by you, third parties and us.
Damaged and defective merchandise authorized by us for
return must be returned to our warehouse freight prepaid
and must be accompanied with the authorization number we
provide. All merchandise returned without our prior
authorization or sent collect will be refused by us and
will be returned to you at your sole expense. We reserve
the right to replace returned merchandise or, if no
stock is available, to credit your account. Failure to
provide adequate notice and follow these procedures
constitutes an irrevocable waiver of your right to
return and refund. Some items may be subject to a
re-stocking fee. Be sure to properly package your
return; you are responsible for any damage in transit.

NOT DEFECTIVE:
Returns will be at Katlyns Korner Gifts discretion. All items,
not listed in the above limitations, that are not defective will result in a 25% restocking
fee. You may email or phone us before returning the item. Please
provide us with your number on your invoice, and the merchandise
name you wish to return, and the reason why.
Please return the merchandise promptly in its original condition
in order to receive a refund or credit based upon your method of
payment. We will not give credit for merchandise returned that
does not include the original packaging, or has damaged
packaging, so please be careful when opening your boxes.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We only refund shipping
charges, if we made the error. Orders that were originally
shipped free of charge will be credited back minus the original
shipping costs. Additionally, you must pay the shipping and
insurance costs to return merchandise back (unless it's due to
our error) to Katlyns Korner Gifts. The exception to this is
listed in shipping damages.
We must receive the merchandise within 7 business days from the
date we approve your return in order to receive a refund or
credit. The item needs to be in the same condition as it was
when it was sent to you, and must be sent back to us the same
way it was shipped to you (UPS & insured).
Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. Credit will
not be given for any change in prices. No exceptions. Prices are
subject to change.
SHIPPING DAMAGE:
We insure all packages, but damage during shipping does occur!
If this happens, you must do the following:
IMMEDIATELY report any damage or breakage of your merchandise
upon receipt to the carrier and to us. You MUST keep all
packaging material for the carrier's inspection. We will replace
or refund a damaged product, but before replacement merchandise
can be shipped to you, a damage claim for insurance purposes
must be filed with the UPS.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order
confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor
does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Katlyns Korner Gifts reserves the right at any time after receipt of
your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All
orders placed by credit card are subject to address verification
by our credit and fraud avoidance department. This may delay the
processing of your order. We may notify you that we are unable
to ship to your P.O. Box and/or must ship to your credit card
billing address. This is all done to protect you and us as the
merchant. If your order is undeliverable as addressed or the customer is not able to receive delivery for any reason, the order will be returned. If the customer wants the order reshipped, the customer agrees to pay the additional shipping charges to have it redelivered. We cannot be held responsible if your order is delayed
for any of these or other reasons not stated as above. If you
