Gifts
Every gift on our site is available for corporate gift giving.
Discounts
Corporate gift orders will receive a generous discount on the
complete sub-total order (Does not include shipping). Large orders will receive larger discounts based on the size of the order. Please email us with your details to receive your discount quote.
Special Orders
Corporate accounts have the option of special orders and still
receive the same discount.
Warehousing
Corporate customers are offered warehousing.
When our Corporate Customers purchase large orders for their gift giving needs, many do not have the space to keep their gifts. We provide warehousing of your gifts until they are needed.
Dropshipping
Corporate customers are offered dropshipping along with their warehousing.
When we warehouse gifts for our Corporate customers, we offer dropshipping to your recipients when needed or to the Corporation as requested.
Mailing List Services
We offer to keep mailing lists for our Corporate Customers.
We will send warehoused Corporate gifts to your recipients based on a mailing list, and/or based on a date to send each gift.
Reminder Service
We offer a FREE Reminder Service for our Corporate customers.
Never forget an Employees Birthday, or a Customers Anniversary
again. Just furnish us with the information and we will happily
remind you.
Personal Consultant
A Personal Consultant will be assigned to your company to help
you with selections, colors, items and more.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and we also accept payment through PayPal for smaller orders placed through our website. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or eCheck. Large orders will be placed via Certified Check sent via USPS. Phone and Postal mail orders can be place with the above
methods, as well as cashiers checks and money orders. Sorry, No
COD orders.
Information
We will be offering Specials throughout the year geared especially to our Corporate customers.
On large orders, a one - six-week lead time may be needed before
the actual shipping/delivery date depending on the item ordered. Please contact us and we will
give you the actual time needed based upon the order size.
Orders are payable at the placement of the order.
There will be a $35 charge for any returned checks. Checks that
have been sent to collection will be charged $50 plus attorney's
fees in addition to the amount of check.
Any collection action taken on past due accounts will be charged
attorney's and court fees.
Single employee orders or personal orders do not constitute a
Corporate order/account and will not receive the Corporate
discount.
All Corporate Accounts: prior to approving an account, we will
verify your business information. We must do this for our
protection due to past experiences of receiving false business
information.
Ordering is Easy:
Go to our Corporate Application Form. Fill out the form and
securely Submit it to us or print the form to mail to us.
Email us with your selection(s), quantity required, and services requested.
Upon approval, we will notify you by e-mail or phone with your
Login and Password.
Sign in with the Login and Password that we give you. (When you
log in, you will see all of your information that you gave us.
Correct it, if necessary.) Your account will reflect all the information regarding your order once placed with us.
Small orders can be placed through our website and will receive the appropriate discount once the account is setup.
Large transactions will not be made through our website. These orders require a Certified Check made payable to Katlyns Korner Gifts, Inc,.
Your sensitive information is never left on our servers or site.
If you need your Personal Consultant to help you, just e-mail or
call him/her. You can also place a note with your tentative
order for your Personal Consultant to contact you prior to
finalizing your order. **Note: Logins and Passwords are checked on a regular basis. We
also changed passwords frequently for your and our protection.
We will send you new passwords when necessary.
